Every iPhone advertisement has the time set to 9:41.

 


The time in iPhone ads is always 9:41 AM because that's the time Steve Jobs announced the first iPhone in 2007. Jobs believed it was best to unveil new products around 40 minutes into a presentation. When the phone first appeared on the screen at the event, it read 9:42 AM. The image was set to 9:41 AM because Jobs practiced his presentation and it seemed he would unveil the phone at 9:41 AM.

The Facebook Color scheme is set to blue because Mark Zuckerberg suffers from red-green color blindness.

 



According to The New Yorker, Zuckerberg is red-green colorblind, which means the color he can see best is blue. That also happens to be the color that dominates the Facebook website and mobile app.

"Blue is the richest color for me," he told the magazine. "I can see all of blue."
